Your Delivery & Returns

There is nothing worse than having to wait a long time for your clothing to be delivered. All of our clothing is delivered to you within 3 working days within the United Kingdom.

Delivery is complimentary on all orders over £100 within the UK. With a charge a £4.95 delivery fee on all orders under £100 within the UK. 

Please note that international delivery charges do not include local duty and taxes, which will need to be paid through the courier before your package is delivered.

We offer FREE returns on UK orders for items returned or exchanged within 30 days.

Returns

To return or exchange an item, simply email admin@sosophielondon.com with your order number and items you wish to return. 

Please allow up to 10 working days for items to be returned, inspected and funds refunded.
